About the Full Moon Yin Workshop

An evening of nourishing movement, stillness, and reflection during the June Full Moon. I am so excited to be back in a studio space with you in person, and I think after the year we have all experienced we need this more than ever!

In this workshop, we’ll be exploring two hours of candlelit yin yoga, meditation and journaling, learning about deep tissue release, embracing the layers within and unwinding the body and mind. The full moon is a time for deep inner reflection around what is no longer serving you and what you would like to let go of. Let’s ground, soften and turn inwards, and take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come in this collectively challenging year, and importantly, how we want to move forward.

I’m hosting this at Omnom at Islington Square in their beautiful studio space. Yoga mats can be provided if required, but please do bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Please make sure to bring a blanket for support in yin movements, and a notepad and pen for journaling.
