About the Santosha Space: New Moon Yin, Meditation and Journaling
An evening of nourishing movement, stillness, and reflection during the New Moon. In this workshop, we’ll be exploring two hours of candlelit yin yoga, meditation and journaling, learning about deep tissue release, setting intentions and most importantly, relaxing. A perfect opportunity to slow down, unwind and cultivate a sense of calm. As we fully enter the Autumn season, let’s tune inwards to ground ourselves, and take a moment away from the uncertain outside world. I’m hosting this at The Workshop at Islington Square – a beautiful studio space.
There are limited number of tickets for this workshop due to guidelines. The space will be cleaned, and yoga mats can be provided if required, but please do bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Please make sure to bring a blanket for support in yin movements, and a notepad and pen for journaling.
