About the Vinyasa Flow with Kat Searson, founder of Tula

Vinyasa teacher Kat, is the founder of wellbeing consultancy Tula; on a mission to drive a culture shift around avoidable ill health, so people feel and function at their best. With a collective of practitioners and experts, from nutritional therapists, psychiatrists, athletes, artists and more, they offer a breadth of creative tools that support people to take a proactive approach to their wellbeing. Although one person’s approach is not the blueprint for everyone else, yoga has always been Kat’s personal go to tool to combat stress, and she loves sharing this practise with others. 

She starts her flows gentle and builds up to a fiery crescendo, with a strong emphasis on the breath. With solid alignment queues and generous hands on assists, she welcomes students of all levels to feel their way through their practise, and get to know their bodies and themselves a little better. She believes in the power of yoga on and off the mat and weaves this into her teaching. Expect a solid backing track and meditative movement.
