N.B. This workshop is for those living in the Islington Area only. Future Blush + Stem workshops may be scheduled for other neighbourhoods around London. This will allow us to deliver your flowers in a safe and timely fashion.

Mon 25th May 14:00 – 15:30 — Book here, only a few places remaining

Blush + Stem’s workshops with Islington Square will guide you in creating and playing with the world of the possibilities among flowers.

This introductory workshop will run you through how to put your flowers together — be they your own shop bought, foraged or gifted flowers. The workshop will include lots of key tips on how to make a hand-tied bouquet, and the best methods for arranging flowers in a vase.

For this workshop, Blush + Stem will deliver fresh flowers to your door the day before the workshop.

Founder of Blush + Stem, Kathryn, has had a passion for flowers and flower arranging since childhood. ‘I often used to create wild bouquets on country walks and was always the one to arrange flowers. I’ve been arranging professionally since 2014 when I installed for my first wedding’.

You will need scissors (any will do, kitchen / craft / gardening scissors) and a vase of your choice. If you don’t have a vase, any drinking glass, a selection of empty bottles could work! Blush + Stem will include a glass jar with your flowers, which can be reused to hold your arrangement once complete.

Blush + Stem’s workshop will not require any prior knowledge about flowers or floristry. The outcome will be that you can arrange your own flowers in your home, to make the most of the flowers and to prolong their life in the vase.

Once you’ve signed up for your free ticket, we’ll request your address for delivery on Wednesday 20th May.

Delivery will be from Kathryn herself. Delivery will be on Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th May, ahead of your workshop on Bank Holiday Monday 25th.

Flowers will be delivered in a Blush + Stem brown paper bag at safe social distance.
