State of the art facilities, London’s best trainers and, for the first time, a separate, dedicated space for families – welcome to Third Space.At the heart of the club is a 7000 sqft gym for flexible training, filled with world-class equipment including a custom-built track, athletic rig, and performance cardio areas. Slip into the infinity-level 20m swimming pool, ride high in the cycle amphitheatre, or try the hot yoga studio that uses Europe’s only infrared-mirrored panels to create a range of temperatures suited to each class. Re-energise in the hydrotherapy pool with massage jets, secluded Red Cedar Sauna, or marbled ceramic steam room, with eucalyptus-infused steam to clear your pores and airways.
A purpose-built family space, totally separate from the adult club, features a crèche, athletic rig, sports hall, dedicated pool, lessons and activities.
